I’m having fun making these karaoke style videos lately. Call it a phase. I’d like to make some videos starring yours truly and friends but it’s a hard winter and frankly, I’m too busy saving the world.

Once upon a time I was in Atlanta Georgia partying with a couple of my English friends, from London. We had a great time. We got quite pissed from drinking micro beers! We totally destroyed little 5 points. But at the end of it all not one of us tossed our cookies! LOL! The next night, we went back to all the same bars and all the bartenders were happy to see us!
Now, why is it 2 people from England were recently not allowed into the country because of “dangerous” tweets? This happened to a guy and a girl. Apparently, the guy tweeted something to someone he knew saying something like “hey I’m on vacation, let’s hook up when I get back from destroying America.”
That little reference to “destroying America” was apparently enough for a legitimate threat against national security. Apparently it takes a genius to figure out the context of somebody’s random Tweet and there aren’t any working at Homeland Security.
Needless to say, the two had their passports taken and after many hours of interrogation, were sent straight back to the U.K., now requiring a special VISA anytime the Tweeter wishes to enter the LAND OF THE FREE-domless! Hey, I’m just sayin….

I meant to post this song a few weeks ago and somehow never got around to it. This is the 1st song I wrote in 2012 titled, appropriately enough, “happy new year”. Well, better late than never!
The 1st file is an MP3 and 2nd file is a quick video I made using the actual fireworks that I experienced celebrating 2012 New Year’s. The cool thing about those fireworks is that it’s the 1st time I’ve ever been above the fireworks looking down and on occasion many of the blasts exploded on the same floor as our hotel suite, overlooking downtown Hamburg.
Anyway, I hope you like this song. Admittedly I was a little insecure about it but I tested it with a few friends and everybody said it was cool. So, there you have it. Happy new year!

Yeah, as of late I’ve been inundated with American TV, via Germany LOL! I recently discovered the show DEXTER, from Showtime, so all my free time is catching up with that Meisterwerk.
I realize the rest of the planet already viewed the 6 or 7 seasons from the show over the years so no point going in to what it’s all about.
I’ll be starting season 3 soon. Like, tonight ha! At any rate, my favorite bit of the series so far has been LILA. I was bummed that Dexter took her out. No, not on a date. The ‘last dance’, so to say. Ever wonder what LILA, aka Jaime Murray plays in her own native scene in Britain?
Perhaps you’ve already seen this MUST SEE MOVIE and if so, make sure everyone you know has seen it. Yes, it’s scary and will likely change your relationship to eating but hey, that’s the fukn point!

I was told to remove the content I recently produced and published here on MY WEBSITE which documented my first Casting Show experience. It was harmless enough. Basically video of my long train journey, audio from my singing moment and relevant images. Plus, the tail-end of some girl that sang before me and didn’t make it to another round.
Anyway, I NEVER READ the DOs and DON’Ts and documenting and sharing ones own personal experience is a DON’T apparently. Therefore, the content is not visible to the public. I do not subscribe to Censorship and in this case, I’ll take blame for not reading the fine print, as it were.

Yeah, I tweeted a few days ago about getting off my ass and trying out one of the um-teen Casting Shows dominating the planets entertainment spectrum. It seems to be about the only way to reach a load of people since Goddess knows record companies aren’t doing a damn thing developing markets for artists. At any rate, I DID IT and now when I bitch about it (as I have and will continue) I can speak first hand, LOL!
Here I am off to AND THE WINNER IS. My journey is all in German folks but the images will still give you an idea what a nightmare this whole entertainment system really is. Pity that the brilliant veterans that have already paid their industry-dues for decades, still have to result to this. I sure met enough of them while I was there! Hang in there gang! Don’t let the hordes of whining, talentless Teens bitching and moaning about how long they’ve waited and wanted and dreamed and worked for their stardom. Can I puke now?
Since I landed here in Germany recently, I’ve managed several cool productions as of late. However, one thing I wasn’t able to pull off easily was creating a Strat sound using my Martin’s and plugins. The easiest solution was to find a good strat….CHEAP! This Fender is tres cool and reminds me of Mr. Hendrix’s favorite whitey. Have a look…
Being the ‘hand-me-down’ lover that I am, I ended up with my pal Leslie’s iphone, when she bumped up to a 4. It’s proven to be a great device for me and I’ve created an abundance of art with the thing; pics, vids and now, music.
Sure, I’ve used the microphone to record song ideas, thoughts, sex sounds and the like but now that Apple has released GARAGEBAND for the iOS devices, it’s literally a fukn studio in your damn poket.
On this recording RING OF FIRE, there are 6 analog audio tracks (2 guitars, 4 vocals) recorded via the iphone’s own mic and there are 2 digital tracks (bass, drums) played within the program. Here’s my take on recording with GARAGEBAND with an iphone. This song definitely deserves a video!
